**New Landscaping Ordinance Adopted**

• 12600 South is now reopen to one lane. Please plan accordingly for delays if traveling on 12600 South. This is needed in order for the contractor to construct the sewer line under the Kern River gas line and through the intersection of 4570 West to a point just west of the Maverick store.

• Main Street will continue with the pipe work for approximately 2 more weeks. The bid for the beautification project will be advertised shortly.
• Main Street from 5600 West to 6400 West - Diamond S Company for Questar Gas Company will be replacing the gas line starting the week of April 14th. The work will continue for approximately 6 weeks.
• Electric Utility Work - By May, Wasatch Electric hopes to be underway with two projects to improve electric power facilities in Herriman. If you have construction concerns or helpful information, you may contact the contractor directly, Kandus MacMillan (801) 803-8512.
  • Working on the overhead lines along the east side of 6400 West, from 13400 South to approximately 13900 South. This will include the replacement of power poles.
  • The placement of underground lines along the north side of 14200 South. This work will actually start at the intersection of Mirabella and Emmeline, then south on Emmeline to 14200 South, then west along 14200 South to 6400 West. The plan calls for this line to be placed in the parkstrip and the path to be bored if the rocks allow it.
