The Planning & Zoning department processes all development applications through staff, Planning Commission, and City Council review stages. The staff coordinates other City Departments' review of projects as they are submitted. The staff also provides direct assistance to the Planning Commission. Planning & Zoning also maintains and updates the official zoning map and the general plan map.
