The City Council has approved the Tentative Budget for fiscal years ending June 30, 2025 and June 30, 2026. Herriman City's fiscal years run from July 1-June 30th rather than in calendar years. The Tentative Budget is the City Council's official proposal to residents to provide feedback and public comment before its final approval, which is expected to happen at the June 12, 2024 City Council meeting. Residents are encouraged to review the budget and provide feedback at the public hearing, which is scheduled for Wednesday, May 22nd. The meeting begins at 7:00 p.m.

The City Council and staff discussed portions of the budget in City Council work meetings between January and May—conversations going through a few departments or funds at a time. Below are video links to each of those discussions, their respective staff reports, and accompanying Powerpoint presentations.
